At Top Knotch Charters, we understand that plans may change. Our policy ensures flexibility while maintaining fairness for both our guests and our operations.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations made more than one week (7+ days) before the charter date will receive a full refund.

• Cancellations made within one week (less than 7 days) are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.
   

Rescheduling Policy

• We do our best to reschedule if we receive more than a week's notice (7+ days).

• Rescheduling requests made within one week of the charter date are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
   

Weather Policy

• If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will offer to reschedule based on availability or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

• Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for weather-related cancellations.
   

No-Show Policy

• If guests do not arrive at the scheduled departure time, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
