Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations made more than one week (7+ days) before the charter date will receive a full refund.

Cancellations made within one week (less than 7 days) are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments.
Rescheduling Policy

We do our best to reschedule if we receive more than a week's notice (7+ days).

Rescheduling requests made within one week of the charter date are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
Weather Policy

If weather conditions are deemed unsafe by the captain, we will offer to reschedule based on availability or provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible.

Light rain or cloudy conditions do not qualify for weather-related cancellations.
No-Show Policy

If guests do not arrive at the scheduled departure time, the booking will be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.
