(Q) What time do we need to be at the dock? 
(A) We cast off at 9 am so we can get out there and make the most of your day on the water. We will arrive back on the dock at 4:30 pm.

(Q) Where do we meet?
(A) We will meet on the main dock at Admiral Marine on Frenchman‘s Cay, (this is on the way to Pussers in West End Tortola.)
 
(Q) What if we don’t have a car? 
(A) If you need a taxi, that's no problem! Just let us know that you need a ride and we can provide the contact details of a few taxis in the area.

(Q) What do we bring on the boat for the day?
(A) Just a towel, some sunscreen (no spray sunscreen please) and a sense of adventure. We do have a cooler on the boat with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. If you would like to bring your own drinks, that’s fine, we just ask that you bring cans and not glass bottles. We also provide you with snorkel gear and noodles.
 
(Q) What happens if we want to extend the charter past
4:30 pm?
(A) Provided the boat is not booked for a dinner charter we can extend your charter at a rate of  $150 per hour.
 
(Q) How big is the boat? 
(A) The 39 foot Nor-Tech Sport is licensed for 12 guests. With comfortable forward loungers and bucket seats you will have plenty of shade and room to move around the boat.
 
(Q) How can we Pay? 
(A) After you send your initial inquiry email through the website, you will receive a credit card authorisation form. Once you have filled this out and send it back we will confirm your booking.
 
(Q) Is there a cancellation fee?
(A) If you give us more than seven days notice from the date of your booked charter, you will get a full refund. However if you are within the seven days from your charter, your card will be charged for the full price of the charter.
 
(Q) Can I customise my own day?
(A) Absolutely! Just let Captain Tom know what you are keen to see and he'll make it happen. Although we have mainly sunny skies and calm seas, routes may need to change to account for weather.
 
(Q) Is lunch included?
(A) Lunch is not included but there are many great beach bar restaurants to choose from and all the islands are within 10 to 15 minutes of one another. You can definitely bring some snacks of your own on the boat if you like.
 
(Q) Are there any other hidden fees?
(A) Everything is included in your charter fee except gratuity. Gratuity is given at your own discretion, 15% to 20% is customary in the BVI.
 
(Q) Do we have to meet you at the dock or can you pick us up from another island?
(A) Pick ups on other islands can be requested and may be subject to a fuel charge.
