At the heart of Biras, lies Ikigai. Our hidden gem is characterized by its stunning architecture and Omakase experience (set menu at chef’s discretion). With a 12 course Japanese-Caribbean Omakase, Ikigai is the first to find and develop these unique flavors. Our carefully curated menus incorporate sourced ingredients into exquisitely crafted dishes that reflect Japanese techniques. This experience is limited to only 12 seats, and offer one session daily.
Cancellation Policy
Our refund policy is as follows: Cancellations made more than one week (7 days) before your scheduled charter will receive a full refund. Cancellations within one week (7 days) of your charter are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook the date. Weather-related cancellations (determined by the captain for safety reasons) will be rescheduled or fully refunded. No-shows or same-day cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.
